Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator / General Laborer to support daily operations on the production floor. This position involves operating injection molding machines, inspecting parts for quality, performing basic assembly tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Experience with injection molding is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect, trim, and package molded parts according to quality standards
- Perform basic assembly or secondary operations as required
- Complete production documentation and labeling
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support team members and assist in other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus but not required
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Injection molding and plastics experience preferred but not required.
