Electrical Apprentice

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Wage depends on experience and licensing.

You are:
- Coachable, reliable, and ready to learn the electrical trade the right way
- Professional and confident with homeowners (both in person and on the phone)
- Comfortable using iPads / Tablets and learning new software quickly
- Detail-oriented when reporting findings and documenting work
- Service-driven — you care about doing the job right, not just getting it done
- Calm under pressure and able to handle real-world job site challenges
- Growth-minded — you want a career, not just a job
What You’ll Do
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installs and service work
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Gather job-site information and support accurate documentation
- Help educate homeowners by observing and learning how we communicate solutions
- Use tablet software to track work, job notes, and progress
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Work closely with field leaders to develop your skills and grow quickly
Some days will exceed 8 hours. Some weeks will exceed 40 hours.
We serve customers and we show up when they need us.
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50 lbs
- Work on feet and knees for extended periods
- Comfortable in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
- Able to safely drive a company vehicle
