Breakdown

BOUND TO DESIRE: A NIGHT OF KINKY SHORT PLAYS

Please note: All intimacy and nudity will be choreographed and staged with actor consent and comfort in mind.

SEEKING:

Mom: Female, Trans Female. 30s–40s. Any ethnicity. Mom is confident, playful, and trying to take more control of her own pleasure. When her child interrupts an intimate moment, she scrambles to hide what’s happening and then has to explain herself when that plan quickly falls apart. Needs strong comedic timing. May require fetish wear and light staged intimacy.

Dad: Male, Trans Male. 30s–40s. Any ethnicity. A loving husband who is comfortable relinquishing control to his wife. When their child interrupts, he does his best to help Mom explain what’s happening despite being tied up. Needs strong comedic timing and comfort playing in a submissive dynamic Requires fetish wear including a hood, staged bondage/restraint, and light staged intimacy. Mason: 18 to play 10. Open ethnicity and gender, present as a young boy. Mason is dry, observant, and almost hilariously straightforward, arguably the straightest thing in the entire evening.

Chip: Male, Trans Male. Mid 30s–40s. Any ethnicity. Chip is a professional sex worker and Dom whose confident work persona is very different. Masc and femme energies coexist. He introduces Danny to pup play. When a crisis hits, his persona cracks and reveals someone much more vulnerable. Needs emotional flexibility and the ability to shift between performance and authenticity. A drag performance background could be a plus, but is not required. Requires fetish wear and staged intimacy. Wears a pup mask during
the piece. Partial nudity may be required depending on final costuming and actor comfort.

Izzy: Female, Trans Female. 20s–early 30s. Any ethnicity. Izzy is the grump in a classic grumpy/exsunshine dynamic. Rough goth vibe, guarded posture, a human “keep out” sign. She makes herself intimidating so people won’t look too closely and rarely lets emotion show, but her dry sense of humor gives away more than she intends. Needs strong deadpan comedic timing and the ability to let vulnerability emerge gradually beneath a hard exterior. Requires light staged intimacy.

Savannah: Female, Trans Female. 20s–early 30s. Any ethnicity. Savannah is the sunshine in a
grumpy/sunshine dynamic. LDS conservative-chic, hyper-pleasant, and seemingly impossible to rattle, she makes herself inoffensive so people won’t look too closely. She comes across sweet and innocent, but underneath is someone strong and unapologetically herself. Savannah looks for light in dark situations while trying to take control of what happens to her body after death. Needs warmth and grounded humor. Requires light staged intimacy.

Desi: Male, Trans Male. Mid-30s-early 40s. Any ethnicity. Desi is shy, attractive, and looks like someone who takes care of himself, though no specific body type is required. He is still figuring out how to move beyond the sexual norms and expectations he has carried for most of his life. He may have come out later in life and is exploring new sexual experiences with his husband, but doesn’t yet feel fully comfortable in the space or in his own body. Comfortable with vulnerability and subtle emotional shifts over the course of the piece. Requires full nudity and simulated sexual activity.

Bates: Male, Trans Male. 40s–50s. Any ethnicity. Bates is a few years older than Desi and carries himself with a mature confidence. Comfortable in his sexuality and in his body, he has the kind of grounded charisma that doesn’t need to announce itself. Needs natural charm, emotional groundedness, and the ability to project confidence without pushing. Requires full frontal nudity and simulated sexual activity.

Wolf: Female, Non-Binary, Trans Female. 20s–30s. Any ethnicity. Wolf is butch/masc-leaning with a tough exterior that keeps people at a distance. A sheep in wolf’s clothing, her bark is much bigger than her bite. Underneath her swagger is someone more cautious than she first appears. Needs strong physical comedy, expressive reactions, and excellent timing. Requires light staged intimacy and comfort with predator/prey roleplay.

Red: Female, Trans Female. 20s–30s. Any ethnicity. Red is femme with a more adventurous side behind closed doors. Seemingly innocent at first glance, she knows how to use charm and body language to getwhat she wants. She can shift easily between playful, vulnerable, and seductive, with a strong sense of humor underneath it all. Needs strong physical comedy, expressive reactions, and excellent comedic timing. Requires light staged intimacy and comfort with predator/prey roleplay.
