What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assisting in the closing process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, and collecting and reviewing existing documents.
- Ordering and reviewing HOA estoppels, mortgage payoffs, and lien searches.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all digital documents.
- Preparing documents for closing by completing forms and statements.
- Performing a wide variety of administrative duties to support team members.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: We will train the right person.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
