Producers Midstream is seeking a Senior Measurement Technician is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate operation, calibration, and maintenance of compressors, motors, cooling equipment, pumps, valves, pipelines, and other related gas processing equipment in a safe and reliable manner. This senior-level role provides technical leadership and ensures cost-effective, efficient operation of gas processing and treating units and associated equipment within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and maintain facilities in compliance with applicable specifications, codes, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Provide advanced technical expertise with Emerson ROC, ABB, Coriolis Meters, V-Cone, Thermal Mass meters, and Spectra Sensor Analyzers.
- Perform and oversee periodic accuracy tests, including calibration, inspection, and maintenance of all equipment related to quality and quantity determination.
- Install and commission instrumentation and equipment in new and renovated measurement and/or regulation facilities.
- Lead Field Gathering/Plant Measurement Balancing across the system.
- Inspect and maintain all pressure and volumetric control equipment.
- Collect gas samples in compliance with safety and industry guidelines.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or technical degree preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in measurement operations within gas processing or related industry.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in state of residency.
- Must live within 60–65 miles of reporting location to accommodate call-outs.
- Ability to respond to call-outs within 2 hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and mentor others.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including shift rotations and emergency call-outs.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and ability to perform complex operation and maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- Experience with measurement balancing and troubleshooting across large systems.
