Job description: Administrative Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our office operations and contribute to a positive work environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to: • Provide support to the VP of Operations • Maintain confidentiality and proprietary information • Greet visitors and connect them with the right office personnel • Schedule repairs for general office space and equipment • Light cleaning duties (Throw away trash in the break room and kitchen) • Retrieves and sorts mail including packages by department • Help plan office activities (birthday lunches, etc) • Run business errands (e.g., pickup business cards, food, etc for events) • Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies • Reception duties • Organize, scan and file documents • Schedule repairs and facilities maintenance • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 2 years experience in administrative support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Highly adaptable to change • Helpful, efficient and proactive • Expert knowledge in MS Office PowerPoint If you are passionate about providing outstanding support in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Administrative Assistant.
