What You'll Do
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle as a truck driver on local delivery routes.
- Deliver materials and products to customer job sites.
- Load and unload trucks using a Moffett forklift and other material-handling equipment.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during deliveries.
- Verify delivery tickets and ensure orders are delivered accurately.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on company vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle logs, manifests, and delivery documentation.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Plan delivery routes and adjust for traffic or construction conditions.
- Assist in the warehouse with pulling, staging, receiving, and stocking materials as needed.
- Resolve delivery and customer service issues professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Moffett certification and experience required.
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Experience as a flatbed truck driver preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong safety mindset and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
