What we are looking for
Prodrive Technologies is seeking a motivated, self-starting engineer, to support the continuous improvement, maintenance and performance of our products. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure products remain reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs throughout their lifecycle. You'll gain hands-on experience analyzing product performance, supporting design improvements, improving manufacturing processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
Product lifecycle support
- Support engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, like component maintenance and qualifications
- Assist with maintaining existing product designs and technical documentation in collaboration with our headquarters in the Netherlands
- Safeguard engineering change processes and product updates that go into series
Continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Analyze Product BOM’s to evaluate life-cycle health, cost-down opportunities and supply-chain risks
- Analyze Product manufacturing processes (M&M) to find optimizations and increase efficiency
- Participate in 3C, 8D and other analytical problem solving methods and implement corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team up with Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Participate in project meetings and speak up in technical discussions where your voice will be the trusted design expert.
- Build and maintain a network with our headquarters in the Netherlands for design resources and other experts
What you bring with you
Required
- Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software (e.g. Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Siemens NX, JT2go, Altium designer, Eagle)
- Basic understanding of programming and scripting (e.g. Python, C, SQL, JAVA)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
