Position Highlights:
We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Major Account Manager. Are you passionate about speaking with medical professionals, and building consultative relationships? As a key player in our Customer Success department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for driving business and providing world class service to our growing base of customer/house accounts.
We are looking for a Major Account Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with high-value dental clients, including dental practices, DSOs (Dental Service Organizations), and specialists. This role focuses on account retention, revenue growth, case coordination, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all laboratory products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth
Manage a portfolio of major accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Develop strategic plans to grow revenue within assigned accounts
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., crowns, bridges, implants)
- Client Relationship Development
Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and clinical teams
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and in-office visits
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Case & Workflow Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure case accuracy and on-time delivery
Educate clients on case submission best practices and digital workflows
- Sales & Business Development
Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts
Support onboarding of new high-value clients
Maintain pipeline visibility and provide forecasting
- Product & Technical Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of dental lab products (restorations, implants)
Act as a liaison between clinicians and technicians
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare and present account reviews and growth strategies
Utilize CRM systems to document activities and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in dental lab sales, dental industry account management, or related field
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and lab workflows
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
