ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Family Engagement & Enrollment
- Serve as the first point of contact for all prospective families, offering a warm and professional introduction to the school.
- Lead campus tours and provide an engaging, informative experience that highlights the unique strengths of Angeline Country Day.
- Follow up promptly with prospective families to guide them through the application and enrollment process, ensuring clear communication every step of the way.
- Track inquiries, tours, and enrollment data to meet or exceed school enrollment goals.
- Support and host Open Houses, community events, and school fairs that attract new families.
Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase visibility and generate new inquiries.
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms showcasing classroom projects, events, and school culture.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos that highlight our joyful learning environment.
- Manage online ads, newsletters, and campaigns designed to drive tour sign-ups and enrollment conversions.
- Maintain and grow the school’s digital brand presence in alignment with our mission and values.
Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, parent ambassadors, and feeder schools to expand community awareness.
- Represent the school at outreach events and local functions to attract new families.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with the Operations and Leadership teams to ensure enrollment goals align with program capacity.
- Support teachers and staff in promoting school events and initiatives through marketing materials and social media storytelling.
May perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong people skills and enthusiasm for building relationships with families.
- Confident and engaging public speaker comfortable leading tours and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative eye for social media storytelling and content creation.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with enrollment systems or CRM tools preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or customer service—preferably in an educational or community-based setting.
- Proven ability to manage both people-facing and digital marketing responsibilities.
- Experience with photography, short-form video, and/or social media advertising is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & TERMS
- Full-time position on campus with occasional evening/weekend events for Open Houses and community outreach.
- Light physical activity may be required for setting up events or capturing media.
