Pay Range for a COTA is |$104,000.00 to $124,800.00 a year.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Rehabilitation is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services within our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in management of therapy department. The Director will ensure compliance with CMS standards, manage budgets effectively, and lead a team of rehabilitation professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties

• Supervise and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that align with CMS standards.
• Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to integrate rehabilitation services into overall patient care plans.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

Requirements

· Active California license (PT, OT, COTA)

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices

· A devotion for working with geriatric and post-acute populations

Pay: $141,440.00 - $156,000.00 per year
