Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you'll ensure that both curb appeal and resident satisfaction remain at the highest standard. From supervising building repairs to managing unit turns and preventative maintenance, your work will directly impact our residents' comfort and our properties' long-term value.You will lead by example-coordinating with vendors, scheduling technicians, organizing tools and inventory, and supporting leasing teams with exterior appeal.
