Prodigy Property Management is searching for a Community Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of upscale residential neighborhoods in the beautiful and fast-growing areas of Rathdrum and Post Falls, Idaho. This includes the brand-new Majestic Villas, along with the established Legacy Investors and Maplewood Villas.

This is more than just property management-it's a role that blends strategy, people leadership, marketing innovation, and operational excellence. You'll be based onsite at Majestic Villas in a professionally staged two-bedroom, two-bath model home-giving you an immersive understanding of the communities you'll be guiding.

As the Community Asset Manager, you lead day-to-day operations while driving occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. You'll manage and mentor a Leasing Agent and Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring smooth coordination of leasing activities, maintenance services, vendor partnerships, and customer care.

You'll take a hands-on approach to marketing-creating and executing targeted campaigns on Apartments.com, Zillow, Facebook, Instagram, and Knock-to attract qualified residents and keep occupancy strong. You'll also use tools like ResMan and On-Site to streamline resident screening, process rent payments, and track performance metrics with precision.

• Proven experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate marketing.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building cohesive, high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities that strengthen resident and vendor relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
