Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our sales team at Prodigee Logistics. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Boise, ID, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving new business, and supporting the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and drive sales efforts to generate revenue for the company.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
• Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, resolve any service issues, and think critically to provide effective solutions as challenges arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery of logistics services.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document client interactions, maintain records of sales activities, and prepare reports as needed.
• Training & Development: Participate in hands-on training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights. Opportunities for ongoing professional development will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior sales experience required, preferably in a customer-facing or B2B environment. Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
• Education: Some College preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work Ethic: Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week) and work on-site in Boise, ID.

• • Previous experience in prospecting, customer relations, or managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation:

• $20 per hour
• Commission: Uncapped commission structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales achievements.
