We’re hiring a Designer at ProDex Labs.
ProDex Labs is building Dexter, an AI industrial engineer that helps manufacturers understand their operations, simulate production scenarios, increase production, optimize schedules, and make faster, better decisions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a designer who will shape how ProDex looks, feels, and works across our brand and product as we deploy to factories across America.
You’ll own major parts of the experience, from ProDex’s visual identity and storytelling to product concepts, prototypes, and polished interfaces. The central challenge is turning complex factory data and workflows into a clear, powerful product for people solving real problems on the factory floor.
You might be a fit if:
- You care intensely about the details that make a product feel complete and trustworthy
- You can move naturally between Figma, prototypes, and front-end implementation
- You have experience building high-quality interfaces with TypeScript, React, CSS, and animation
- You can take an ambiguous problem from an early concept through the final edge cases
- You use rapid prototypes to explore ideas and improve them through feedback
- You approach design as a system, creating reusable patterns and components that strengthen the whole product
- You enjoy designing for power users working with complex, data-rich workflows
- You want to define the future of how manufacturers interact with AI in industrial operations
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of brand, product design, and front-end craft. You’ll help establish the design standard for a new category of industrial software.
