This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation, translating member behavior into scalable, data-driven programs that build habit, loyalty, and revenue.
Operating across up to eight consumer brands, this role directly influences core business outcomes including member retention, revenue growth, deliverability health, and brand strength. By combining strategic lifecycle design with hands-on execution across email, push, in-app, and onsite channels, the Sr. Manager ensures Prodege delivers personalized, timely, and high-impact member experiences at scale.

Detailed Job Duties
Lifecycle Strategy & Journey Ownership
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $158,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

- This role is seeking someone in or near Los Angeles, CA area as our HQ is in El Segundo, CA and is Hybrid.***
- Own and evolve lifecycle marketing strategy across the full member journey and across multiple brands
- Build scalable, automated lifecycle systems that drive activation, engagement, retention, and LTV
- Lead multi-channel campaign execution across Email, Push, In-App, and onsite placements
- Advance segmentation and personalization using behavioral and transactional data
- Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and reporting practices
- Ensure strong deliverability, IP health, and technical execution for email programs
- Act as a senior lifecycle subject-matter expert and cross-functional partner
Detailed Job Duties
Lifecycle Strategy & Journey Ownership
- Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation
- Translate business and growth objectives into lifecycle frameworks that drive activation, retention, and lifetime value
- Identify high-impact moments in the member journey and design programs that reinforce earning behavior and long-term engagement
- Ensure lifecycle programs align with brand positioning while scaling across multiple brands
- Build, launch, and manage automated lifecycle workflows across Email, Push, In-App, and onsite placements
- Develop modular, repeatable campaign frameworks to support scale, speed, and consistency
- Execute high-volume, large-scale email campaigns reaching millions of members across brands
- Personalize campaigns using dynamic content, behavioral triggers, and advanced scripting
- Segment member audiences using behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
- Partner with analytics and data teams to define attributes, triggers, and lifecycle logic
- Champion personalization strategies that balance relevance, scale, and operational efficiency
- Design and execute A/B tests and holdout experiments across lifecycle programs
- Optimize messaging, timing, frequency, incentives, and channel mix to drive incremental lift
- Define and track success metrics across the funnel from impressions through revenue
- Analyze performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders and leadership
- Strategize and execute email IP warmups for new brands to ensure optimal deliverability
- Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, and compliance best practices
- Partner with technical teams to resolve deliverability or infrastructure issues
- Oversee lifecycle initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring consistency with brand-specific nuance
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle efforts with roadmap priorities
- Manage and prioritize high-volume requests through Jira and other workflow tools
- Act as a senior lifecycle SME across the broader Growth organization
- Measurable increases in activation, retention, and LTV across key member cohorts
- Lifecycle programs that are automated, scalable, and repeatable across brands
- Strong deliverability health and successful IP warmups for new brands
- Clear attribution and understanding of lifecycle-driven revenue impact
- High trust and alignment with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering partners
- A sustained culture of experimentation where lifecycle insights inform growth strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Five or more (5 ) years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or B2C marketing
- Three or more (3 ) years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise platforms
- Two or more (2 ) years of experience with Airship or similar mobile marketing platforms
- Deep working knowledge of Email, Push, In-App, and SMS channels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience designing and interpreting experiments
- Technical proficiency in intermediate HTML, CSS, SQL, and advanced Ampscript
- Proven experience executing large-scale email campaigns and IP warmups
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Masters’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with Braze
- Familiarity with rewards, loyalty, or gamified engagement models
- Experience managing lifecycle programs across multiple brands at scale
- Working knowledge of Excel, Jira, and design tools such as Dreamweaver
- Experience with email deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance best practices
