We are seeking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong telecom background to drive program execution, business intelligence, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management to ensure seamless service delivery and high performance across teams.

We are seeking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong telecom background to drive program execution, business intelligence, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management to ensure seamless service delivery and high performance across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day operations and service availability
- Define and manage SOPs, SLAs, and performance frameworks (CTQ/CTP)
- Design and implement KPIs/KRAs across multiple lines of business
- Drive performance improvements across key metrics such as CSAT, Quality, AHT, and Productivity
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decisions
- Lead client reviews (daily/weekly/monthly) and present performance insights
- Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a central point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- 15 years of experience in telecom operations or business intelligence
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and managing large-scale programs
- Expertise in KPI/KRA design, SLA management, and performance tracking
- Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
- Strong understanding of telecom operations and service delivery environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and influence outcomes
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Technical expertise in elastic stack, PostgreSQL, HTML, JSON, SOAP & REST APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
