Pre-sales Solution Architect is the commercial and technical bridge between Prodapt's AI-native product portfolio and its telecom enterprise customers across the EU and US markets. Partly hardcore pre-sales engineer, partly domain authority, this role turns customer pain into winning solution narratives - grounded in deep telecom functional knowledge (BSS/OSS capabilities, TM Forum processes), technical precision (information models, APIs, network technologies), and a sharp grasp of the business value being unlocked. They are the voice of feasibility in the sales cycle and the voice of the customer back into the product team.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise telecom clients - map pain points to product capabilities and define the solution
- Architect end-to-end solution designs across Prodapt AI-native platforms, integrating with customer BSS/OSS
- Own the response to RFPs, RFIs, and PoC requests; produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value case documents.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that translate product capabilities into measurable
- Articulate business value: build ROI models, TCO analyses, and benefit realization frameworks tailored to each
- Act as the feedback loop from market and pre-sales back to Product Architect - surface unmet needs, competitive gaps,
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solutions are buildable and transition smoothly from presales
- Represent Prodapt at industry forums, TM Forum events, and customer advisory boards as a recognized telecom
- Engage CSP customers across EU and US regions - tailor solution narratives to regional market dynamics, operator
Requirements
TELECOM DOMAIN EXPERTISE - MUST-HAVE
- Functional depth across BSS (ordering, billing, product catalogue, CRM) and OSS (inventory, provisioning, assurance, network management).
- Mastery of TM Forum frameworks: eTOM process model, TAM application map, SID information model, and Open API
- Strong understanding of network technologies: 5G core, RAN, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, NFV/SDN, and cloud-native network functions (CNFs).
- Hands-on experience with telecom information models - resource, service, and product layer decomposition - and how they map to API contracts.
- Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in telecom: AIOps, predictive maintenance, autonomous network operations, intelligent order management.
- Working knowledge of the EU/US operator landscape (tier-1 and challenger CSPs, MVNOs, wholesale/fiber players) and the regional regulatory context - GDPR, EU AI Act, NIS2, FCC/CPNI - as it shapes solution design and data handling.
- Proficient in API design and integration patterns - REST, GraphQL, AsyncAPI, event-driven architectures - within
- Able to read and produce architecture artefacts: solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized deployment patterns relevant to telco
- Comfortable evaluating AI/ML platform capabilities and articulating how LLM-powered or agentic solutions apply to

Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. / M.S. in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering; TM Forum certifications (eTOM / Frameworx Practitioner) and TOGAF a strong plus.
- Prior roles at a telecom operator, network equipment vendor, or systems integrator in a presales or architecture capacity.
- Published thought leadership, TM Forum Catalyst participation, or conference presentations in the telecom/OSS/BSS space.
- Established relationships within EU/US telecom operator accounts and eligibility to work and travel across both regions; comfort operating across EU/US time zones.
