About the Company
Your job as a trusted member of the service team is a critical one at Procyon through supporting clients and advisors as you will be the primary point of contact for all service related needs. This role serves as the supporting facet to most of the administrative and client service aspects of the client’s relationship with the firm. This role partners closely with Advisors to deliver a white glove experience to the client. The ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities is important. The ideal candidate is detail and service oriented. You effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues alike and work well within a team construct.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support as needed: answers calls, manages contacts, manages schedules
- Establish and maintain all client accounts and assist in client service needs and requests
- Processing account/product applications
- Prepare portfolio reviews for advisors
- Cashiering:
- Fulfill cashiering requests with advisor supervision
- RMD calculation
- Schedule client annual, quarterly etc…review meetings
- Ensure the firms Client Service Matrix is implemented for each client
- Serve as a regular point of contact for clients
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in financial services-wealth management, RIA operations-preferred
- Knowledge of relevant platforms
- Custodians Charles Schwab and Fidelity
- CRM Salesforce
- Performance Reporting Black Diamond
- Secure Document Management DocuSign
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with clients and employees at all levels of the firm.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Basic understanding of RIA compliance requirements
