Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales/ Enterprise Sales to drive Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Account Management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RFP processes, sales strategies, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to target accounts in pharma, biotech, hospitals, and IT domains etc.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
* Respond to and manage RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with internal teams.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with solutions in Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI, and Cloud technologies.
* Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
* 5 years of proven Sales/Business Development experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Hospitals, or IT services.
* Demonstrated expertise in Client Acquisition, Account Management, Channel Partnerships and lead conversion.
* Hands-on experience with RFP processes and developing winning proposals.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI, or Cloud.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers in healthcare or IT sectors.
* Prior experience with strategic sales and market penetration in competitive environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
