Job Title: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Product Manager)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant (Product Manager) to drive product strategy, business process optimization, and Salesforce platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, define product roadmaps, and work closely with technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement grooming sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Salesforce solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
- Support UAT, release planning, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant and/or Product Manager.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $70 - $75
