We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake / Case Control Specialist to provide front-line support to the public and assist in managing complaint intake and case preparation activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals contacting the Commission and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of analyzing information, preparing documentation, and supporting investigations in accordance with Commission policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries related to complaint filing procedures.
• Conduct interviews with potential complainants to gather relevant information.
• Analyze and summarize information received from inquiries and interviews.
• Prepare and organize investigative case files for review and investigation.
• Send official Notices of Complaints and related documentation to relevant parties.
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as required.
• Analyze complaints and apply relevant laws to determine jurisdiction for enforcement areas.
• Draft basic legal documents and motions, including administrative dismissals and default orders when required.
• Research databases to obtain correct contact information for parties and witnesses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary : $20 - $23
