About The Role

The Account Executive (AE) is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales professional responsible for driving new revenue growth within the Post-Acute healthcare market. This role owns the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close. The AE is expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate is a structured, consultative seller who can quickly build credibility, understand complex operational pain points, and clearly articulate measurable business value to decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Generation & Quota Achievement:

  • Own and manage a defined territory or market segment
  • Develop and execute territory plans to generate new business opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned ARR and activity targets[SC1]
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to quota expectations

Sales Process Ownership

  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer operational and financial challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect needs
  • Develop compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contractual documentation
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close new business

Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records in Salesforce
  • Provide reliable weekly and monthly forecasts
  • Manage sales cycles efficiently and move opportunities through defined stages

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate with Channel Partners to generate and advance opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Product, Support) to ensure smooth transitions post-sale
  • Provide customer feedback to leadership and product teams

Market Expertise

  • Stay informed on Post-Acute healthcare trends and competitive landscape
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across OnCare and Hybrent platforms

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional sales experience (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with direct quota ownership
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience selling software or technology solutions, including independently conducting product demonstrations
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously across varying sales cycle lengths
  • Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare technology or the Post-Acute market
  • Experience selling operational, financial, or workflow automation solutions
  • Experience working alongside or through channel partners
