Position Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with team members at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal events
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Assist in onboarding logistics for new hires
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during normal business hours
