The Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help build a strong, diverse, and high-performing team. 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment forfull-time positions,contract-based proctors, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Support recruitment for full-time and cross-functional roles as required.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, networks, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct HR screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, documentation norms, and background verification processes.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate updates, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, and Compliance teams to align hiring with business timelines.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and dashboards to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.

 

The Desired Attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)is preferred.
  • 5-6years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar HR role
  • Exposure to contract or part-time hiring and a BPO background is preferred.
  • Experience in volume hiring or proctor hiring will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Additional Position Information: 

  • Role supports two of our office locations in Hyderabad, with a primary focus on full-time, contract-based and part-time proctor hiring.
  • Core hours: Monday through Friday, PM 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST
  • Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
