- Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve both the shopper and our business.
- Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
- Own real responsibilities and deliver measurable results in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Students graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Willingness to be geographically mobile — both during and after the internship — as a career in Sales requires flexibility and relocation
- Valid driver’s license
