  • Lead the strategy for P&G PRO’s presence at key trade shows and conferences, transforming them from simple showcases into powerful platforms for relationship building, lead generation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Orchestrate P&G PRO’s complete media and digital ecosystem. This includes driving a proactive earned media engine to secure high-impact coverage and directing the content and growth strategy for all owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to reach key audiences.
  • Develop a portfolio of strategic relationships with key industry decision-makers that yields tangible business opportunities (e.g., preferred supplier status, input on new standards, pilot programs). Demonstrate clear, positive influence on key policy or regulatory outcomes annually.
  • Measurable growth in P&G PRO's share of voice, positive sentiment, and brand preference metrics within key industry publications and target audiences.
  • Establishment of a cohesive executive communications platform that positions P&G PRO leadership as recognized industry experts, measured by an increase in high-profile speaking opportunities, media features, and positive stakeholder feedback.
