Job Description

As a Media trader you are responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and stewardship of retail media campaigns for the Personal Healthcare portfolio. This role translates brand and customer plans into high-quality campaign activation across retailer platforms, helping ensure investments reach the right shoppers, deliver against objectives, and remain on budget and on schedule.

The Retail Media Trader will serve as a hands-on execution lead for Personal Healthcare retail media campaigns. Working from approved strategies and plans, this individual will build, launch, monitor, optimize, and reconcile campaigns across retailer media networks. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in media platforms and spreadsheets, and proactive communication to keep campaigns accurate, efficient, and aligned with brand and customer priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute retail media campaigns for Personal Healthcare brands across retailer media networks and applicable on-site and off-site channels.
• Translate approved plans into campaign builds, including audiences, products, budgets, bids, pacing, flight dates, creative assets, and measurement requirements.
• Complete pre-launch quality assurance to confirm campaign settings, tracking, creative, product availability, and retailer requirements are accurate.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, making timely optimizations to improve pacing, efficiency, and progress against campaign objectives.
• Maintain accurate budget trackers, campaign documentation, optimization logs, and status updates.
• Support reporting by validating platform data, identifying performance trends, and surfacing risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with brand, sales, agency, retailer, finance, and analytics partners to resolve executional issues and keep deliverables on track.
• Support campaign closeout, reconciliation, billing inputs, and delivery of final performance results and learnings.
• Follow established processes and governance standards while identifying opportunities to improve executional efficiency and consistency.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience executing or trading retail media, digital media, or performance media campaigns; consumer packaged goods or Personal Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of retailer media platforms, campaign trafficking, budget pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables accurately.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort analyzing campaign data to identify issues and next actions.
• Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across internal teams, agencies, retailers, and other partners.
• Ability to work within established processes, escalate risks early, and apply feedback quickly.
• Curiosity and willingness to build expertise across retail media platforms, Personal Healthcare brands, and retailer-specific best practices.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 – $122,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
