Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Sales & Operations to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Director will oversee the sales and operations of our business, managing a dynamic team and ensuring seamless processes across sales, customer service, and other operational functions. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, expanding business development opportunities, and streamlining day-to-day operations to achieve company goals. This role demands a strong leader who understands the cabinetry industry, strategic planning, and the ability to drive both growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Drive monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and expand relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
- Identify opportunities in residential, multifamily, and new construction
- Lead outside and inside sales teams to increase project wins and repeat business
- Develop strategies to grow market share in Florida and surrounding markets
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations including showroom, warehouse coordination, and order fulfillment
- Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Maintain high standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
- Improve operational processes to support business growth
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor sales and support staff
- Establish clear performance goals and accountability for team members
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
Strategic Development
- Identify new market opportunities and builder partnerships
- Support expansion of large-scale development projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support long-term company growth
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in cabinetry, building materials, construction, or related industry
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong network within contractors, builders, developers, or construction professionals
- Experience managing sales targets and revenue growth
- Knowledge of cabinetry products, millwork, or construction materials preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: Semi-Annual revenue-based incentives
- Total Compensation Potential: $150,000 - $200,000
