Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong working knowledge of the PL2PR cycle, covering the process from Purchase List creation to automated Purchase Requisition generation. The ideal candidate should have strong procurement process knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PL2PR Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in PL (Purchase List) creation and maintenance.
• Expertise in configuration and process flow for automatic/manual PR generation from PL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize the PL PR conversion process.
• Ensure data accuracy for material, vendor, and sourcing details in PL2PR flow.

1. SAP MM Procurement Processes

• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles including PR, PO, GR, and Invoice verification.
• Strong knowledge of Material Master, Vendor Master, Source List, and Info Records.
• Experience with release strategies, workflow approvals, and procurement policies.

1. Cross-Functional Integration

• Knowledge of integrations between MM and FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting PL2PR.

1. Support & Enhancements

• Work on incidents, change requests, and enhancements related to procurement.
• Perform root-cause analysis for PL2PR failures or incorrect PR generation.
• Prepare functional specs for WRICEFs and test end-to-end flows.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of SAP MM experience.
• Strong functional expertise in PL2PR processes.
• Experience working in production support, rollout, or implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA MM is preferred.
