Procopio is seeking to hire a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our Real Estate & Tax practice group in either our San Diego or Del Mar Heights office. Qualified candidates will have 3–6 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, financings, joint ventures, and complex leasing matters. Ideal candidates will have experience advising real estate investors, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants across a variety of asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, data center, and mixed-use projects.
This position requires active California Bar admission and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Candidates must demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound legal judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The typical salary range for this position is $200,000 to $280,000, depending on experience and workload. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, bringing the potential total compensation range to $220,000–$350,000 annually.
