Full-Time Customer Support Representative
ProComm is seeking full-time Customer Support Representatives to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.
To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. While previous customer service experience is not required, it is a bonus! This is an in-office position.
Qualifications Needed:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Availability to work one weekend day

Experience Level: No Experience Needed
Compensation: $18 / Hour with perfect attendance.
Shifts:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts
- Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $15 / Hour.
