WE ARE LOOKING SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE: ROOFING INDUSTRY & SERVICE COORDINATOR
We’re ProComm Roofing Group a fast-growing startup in the commercial roofing service industry, and we’re looking for a Service Coordinator who’s ready to help us grow. This is more than an admin role. It’s a leadership position that connects the dots between field crews, clients, and management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing field and office responsibilities, managing schedules, processing payroll, and keeping teams aligned and informed.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle all new account set-up
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure ETA compliance
- Respond to leak reports and optimize dispatching
- Manage payroll, purchase orders, and accounts receivable/payable
- Keep the CRM updated and communication flowing
- Monitor service backlog and report weekly performance
- Communicate with clients, sales reps, and field teams
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role within the service industry and roofing industry
- An organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments person
- Communicate clearly and effectively, via phone, email, text and CRM
- Have experience in service coordination or operations
- Care deeply about doing things right and supporting your team
- Know how to prioritize and adapt under pressure
