Enterprise Architect II - Job Description:
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of technology strategy with business objectives across large-scale systems and transformation initiatives. This role places a strong emphasis on business architecture, ensuring that IT capabilities, systems, and investments directly support organizational goals and long-term growth.
Enterprise Architect II - Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture across software, hardware, and communications systems
- Ensure solutions meet current and future business requirements, including cross-functional integrations
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, ensuring compliance across platforms and systems
- Evaluate workflows, organizational structures, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, including capability models, value streams, and process architectures
- Create and manage architecture roadmaps aligned to business strategy and transformation efforts
- Provide technical leadership, including mentoring and guidance to engineering and delivery teams
- Analyze solution alternatives and present clear recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Support vendor evaluations and technology selection processes
- Ensure consistency and compliance within the enterprise operating environment
- TOGAF certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technology delivery, including custom development environments
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience aligning IT strategy with business capabilities and objectives
- Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
- Advanced degree (MBA or related field)
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq or similar platforms
- Background in capability modeling, process architecture, and value stream mapping
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives and long-term strategic planning
- Exposure to vendor evaluation and technology selection processes
