Drug Test Collector

PROCOM is searching for a Collector to join our Glenwood Springs Office. Responsibilities and Duties

• Collection of urine/hair/saliva/breath samples for drug/alcohol tests (on the job training)
• Uphold the highest ethical standards by following the collection process per training and regulations
• Create a positive first impression by greeting customers and answering phone
• Office clerical tasks as assigned
• Coordination of client services via email and phone reminders
• Keep collection room and office clean and presentable
• Maintains inventory and assists with supply orders
• On-call support and travel required occasionally
• Courtroom testimony if called upon
• Promote positive workplace culture

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years customer service experience
• Ability to pick up new software systems quickly
• The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
• Requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
