Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 360 Sr Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with both candidates and clients, managing client accounts, and acting as a key point of contact for our partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment. Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and matching candidates to open job requisitions
• New business development. Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth
• Manage client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise
• Maintain account records. Keep detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and account updates
• Identify growth opportunities. Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients, adding value to their accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams. Work with delivery and sales teams to ensure that client expectations are met and deliverables are aligned with client goals
• Monitor performance and reporting. Track account performance metrics, report on key outcomes, and suggest areas for improvement

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development; experience within the Life Sciences industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Comfortable working in a 360 recruitment environment, balancing business development, account management, and candidate delivery
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, candidates, and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by measurable results
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of individual targets and responsibilities
