Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, performance reviews, training, and reporting. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as BambooHR and PerformYards is beneficial.
The HR Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate employee recruitment processes, acting as the primary contact with external recruiters and scheduling interviews.
- Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Oversee employee benefits, including open enrollment processes; familiarity with BambooHR is advantageous.
- Support employee performance management and reviews; knowledge of PerformYards is a plus.
- Maintain and update training systems, recommend training pathways, and ensure employee development through platforms like BetterU.
- Generate and manage employee-related reports, including payroll and benefits payable reports.
Compensation:
- $105,000 to $110,000 per annum.
