Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst (Strate with Security Clearance

Manages the entire business operations support portfolio provided to a major government program office or directorate. Provides strategic-level recommendations to government leadership and ensures all contractor support functions are fully aligned with the organization's mission. Work at this level involves an extraordinary degree of specialized knowledge or expertise performing highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts. Duties May Include:

• Providing strategic leadership and direction for the entire contractor support team, including administration, personnel coordination, logistics, and communications support.
• Leading the contractor team in supporting the government's operational budget and resource planning process by providing data analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Supporting the government director by preparing background materials, talking points, and strategic summaries to support their engagements.
• Creating and implementing requests of the government for process engineering and management, technical data and management, workflow management, operations architect
• Leading special projects on behalf of the government office, such as business process re-engineering, organizational stand-ups, or process improvement and modernization plans. Managing the flow of information for the contractor team to and from senior government leadership, ensuring clear communication and rapid response to tasking.
  
  

Requirements Required Skills:

• TS/SCI
• Industry leader with exceptional expertise relevant to field, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience providing business operations or program management support.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level support to a large, complex government organization.
• Demonstrated experience with strategic and resource planning. Desired Skills:
• Master’s in business administration (MBA)
• Experience providing support in a Program level process improvement.
• Expert-level understanding of agency-specific policies and procedures. Salary Description $200,754 - $229,708
