Join our dedicated Environmental Services team at a modern, three-story medical facility in Valparaiso. With exciting campus expansions underway, we’re growing our team to continue providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Schedule:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
M-F

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital and emergency room
- Prioritize positive patient experiences using AIDET
- Support daily operations and respond to cleaning needs as required
- Clean and turnover patient rooms after discharge
- Task work during downtime
- Adaptability to routine adjustments, often quarterly
Qualifications:
- Experience is not required, but all are competitively considered
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-kept appearance and professional demeanor
- Medical attire (navy blue scrubs)
- Ability to work independently, procedurally, and adhere to instructions
