Proclaim Communication and Rehabilitation Services is a private practice dedicated to providing professional, compassionate, and evidence-based speech therapy for adults and older adults.
We specialize in:
- Parkinson’s disease and voice disorders
- Stroke and aphasia
- Cognitive-communication disorders
- Swallowing (dysphagia)
We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support a growing adult caseload in Palm Bay and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for an SLP who:
- Enjoys working with adult and medically complex populations
- Wants flexibility without the burden of running a full private practice or adhering to unrealistic productivity standards
- Values autonomy, professionalism, and meaningful patient relationships
- Provide skilled speech therapy treatment for adults with communication and swallowing disorders
- Implement individualized plans of care
- Complete timely, Medicare-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support outcomes

- $40–$45 per treatment visit
- $65–$75 per evaluation (as role expands)
