We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support construction compliance, specializing in prevailing wage reporting through the Elation Systems portal.
Role Description
Procida Construction Corp. is seeking a full-time Construction Prevailing Wage Compliance Coordinator
for an on-site role located in Bronx, NY. The Coordinator will ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws, regulations, and guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing certified payroll reports for accuracy, conducting audits, preparing compliance documentation, and addressing any discrepancies. The role
also involves communicating with subcontractors, providing training on compliance requirements, and coordinating with project managers to enforce prevailing wage standards. Track labor compliance, daily sign-in sheets, and subcontractor documentation
- Assist with HPD, NYCHA, HUD, MWBE, Local Law 44, and Section 3 reporting
- Maintain compliance logs, files, and project records
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and follow-ups
- Assist with insurance tracking (GL, Umbrella, Workers’ Comp)
- Work closely with project teams, risk management, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of prevailing wage laws and guidelines
- Manage prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon–compliant certified payroll reporting via Elation Systems
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for reviewing reports and identifying discrepancies
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with subcontractors and internal teams
- Experience with Training and providing guidance on compliance processes
- Proficiency in Auditing for compliance with wage and labor laws
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
