Procession Systems is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients. Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, including writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interview coordination and offer closing
- Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates
- Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks
- Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach
- Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices
Technical Recruiter Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience recruiting in a staffing firm
- Demonstrated experience as a senior individual contributor owning complex searches and shaping strategy for critical roles
- Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
- Responsive to feedback and comfortable with handling objections
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Technical Recruiter Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) of $70,000 /year along with an uncapped commission, averaging $30,000 /year
