- Cooking and Mixing: Prepare gummy ingredients according to recipes and batch requirements, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Prepping Raw Materials: Measure and prepare raw materials.
- Demolding and Tossing: Remove finished gummies from molds and ensure proper handling and tossing for uniform quality.
- Weighing Trays: Accurately weigh and portion gummies onto trays for further processing.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout production processes, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in production areas and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and any quality control checks performed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
