Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Fan Balancer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing industrial fans to precise specifications, performing minor repairs when needed, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Responsibilities & Expectations
Balance industrial fans to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
Welding and burning
Perform minor repairs and adjustments to fans as needed to ensure proper operation.
Inspect completed fans to verify balance, performance, and quality requirements are met.
Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on balancing equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
Communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Assist other departments and support production needs as required.
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently while meeting production schedules.
Promote a positive team environment and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements

Familiarity with industrial fans, blowers, and related systems.
Proficiency with balancing and vibration analysis tools (e.g., CSI, Pruftechnik, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
