Role Description
This is a part time, on-site Assistant role based in our Glendale, CA office that may lead to full time within a year.
The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of daily business activities. Core responsibilities include utilizing ServeManager software to enter new jobs into the system as well as prepare proofs of service. There will be no phone answering for the first 3 months, and walk in clients are very limited. You will also send jobs to servers in different areas and ensure jobs are not missed.
Qualifications
- Experienced with California Proofs of Service.
- Basic understaning of service of process rules in California.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for client interactions and administrative tasks.
- Experience in customer service and prioritizing client needs with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office, email platforms, and adobe (PDF’s)

- Attention to detail and extreme accuracy when handling tasks such as record-keeping and preparing legal documents.
- Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attendance
