Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Quality Control Manager, located in Port Comfort, Texas. The Site Quality Control Manager will oversee and implement all site quality assurance and control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing quality documentation, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with project teams to maintain consistent standards. The role also involves training site teams on quality control processes, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality control processes, standards, and procedures, particularly in the industrial, petrochemical, or energy sectors
- Skills in inspection, testing methods, and quality audits to ensure project compliance and safety
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement corrective actions effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining and reviewing technical documentation and records
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a high-risk, industrial environment
- Certifications in quality management systems or relevant technical fields are a plus
