Domain Knowledge and Experience: US - Tolling
- Ideal candidate should have more than 15 years of extensive experience in IT service industry in managing complex Programs/Accounts involving geographically distributed teams with heterogeneous computing platforms
- Should Manage multiple large programs concurrently with peak team and revenue in Tolling Domain with strategy, planning and P&L responsibilities
- Should have strong and Core strength in Program management from inception to implementation and delivery excellence.
- Should Possess deep understanding in developing efficient operational models based on effective framework for System Integration, Application Development and maintenance and IT infrastructure projects/Programs.
- Should Build, develop high performance teams and leadership retention by aligning career growth aspirations with business objectives.
- Should be Proficient in recruiting, training and empowering personnel to strive for performance excellence
- Should the possess ability to leverage techno-managerial skills for delivering the best-fit solutions to customers internationally across industry verticals
- Transition strategy, Planning and execution for Production Support engagements.
- Define the KPIs, tracking mechanisms and communication plan and continuous improvement plan.
- Should possess excellent cross functional team management abilities
- Technology Stack: Extensive experience in C# .Net , .Net core, SQL Server, Microservices, LINQ, Angular, Container Technologies Etc..
