We’re looking for a driven, curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our HaloPSA sales team. This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience, direct exposure to senior Account Executives, and a clear path into a closing role.
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how HaloPSA continues its rapid growth across the global MSP market. Your conversations, insights, and execution will directly influence our go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll do:
- Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and thoughtful, value-led outreach
- Qualify inbound interest across phone, email, and social channels
- Work closely with experienced Account Executives on strategic accounts and campaigns
- Support trade shows and industry events by engaging prospects and converting interest into qualified opportunities
- Consistently achieve activity, conversation, and opportunity targets
- Research accounts and markets to enable relevant, high-quality sales conversations
- Develop strong product and market knowledge, including HaloPSA’s value proposition and ideal customer profile
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot
This role is intentionally structured as a stepping stone into more senior sales roles for high performers.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or technology-related roles
- Confidence communicating with prospects via phone and email
- A curious, analytical mindset — you enjoy uncovering problems and connecting the dots
- Resilience, persistence, and a strong self-starter mentality
- Ability to understand a prospect’s business challenges and clearly articulate value
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- A team-first attitude with high personal accountability
- Motivation to earn performance-based income and grow quickly
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in SaaS, software, or MSP environments
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or 6sense
- Exposure to structured sales training or a strong personal interest in sales
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth company
