About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ironworker member to perform the installation and construction of Process Machinery’s aggregate processing plants. This is a traveling position that involves visiting job sites across multiple states in the region, including KY, OH, IN, AL, TN, MS, and MO. The role requires flexibility, technical skill, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Installation and Construction:
Install and construct aggregate processing plants for our customers in the mineral processing industry.
Maintenance and Care:
Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Professional Communication:
Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner to ensure smooth operations on-site.
Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both shop and field settings, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
Location & commitments:
- Full-time position with opportunities for overtime during travel.
- Travel: Daily travel to job sites throughout KY, OH, IN, AL, TN, MS, and MO.
- Overnight Stays: 1-5 overnights per week may be required, depending on job site and customer needs.
- Training: Annual industry-standard training provided.
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and changing weather.
Additional skills/knowledge (not required but preferred):
- Experience with impact guns, welding (stick), and fabricating.
- Heavy equipment operation and forklift operation.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dusty environments.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently.
· Ability to safely operate or work near power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and moving machinery.
· Ability to work on uneven terrain, around noise, vibrations, and airborne particulates commonly found in construction and aggregate processing.
· Ability to use vision to read instructions, identify hazards, and safely navigate job sites; corrective lenses may be used.
· Ability to work in confined or tight spaces when required.
· Ability to travel to various job sites as assigned.
Safety & Compliance Requirements
· Must follow all PMI safety policies and procedures at all times.
· Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
· Must report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns immediately.
