Our main office is in Malvern, PA, and this is an In-Office position. Our focused sales area includes New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We represent over 35 different vendors that support various applications within the Automation industry, such as PLC’s, Frequency Drives, Motion, Industrial Controls, Process and Instrumentation.

Position Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and dynamic professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of our products and services. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers and vendors, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will be instrumental in building customer relationships, identifying solutions, and driving sales success.
Job Description:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Communicate with customers and vendors through various channels
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
· Participate in sales and product training sessions
· Process orders and quotes in business system
· Provide vendor portal assistance to customers
· Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
· Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, customers, and vendors, as necessary
· Educate customers on product features and applications
· Make recommendations to customers for product selections
· Proactively follow up with customers on quotes and sales leads
· Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities
· Maintain a database of current and potential customers
· Daily shipping and receiving of orders
· Perform other duties and projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
· Education: HS Diploma or GED
· Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Website Portals; experience in computer business systems, we currently use QuickBooks Enterprise
· Organizational Skills: Maintain an organized workspace; good verbal and written communication skills
· Physical ability to perform the required tasks, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
· 2 yrs or equivalent education in the Electrical or Automation industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
